Omega-3: How Fish Helps Your Heart


Eating one to two servings of fish a week could help to reduce the risk of dying from a heart attack. For many years, the American Heart Association has recommended that people eat fish that is rich in omega-3 fatty acids at least twice a week. Broiling or baking could reduce the amount of good fatty acids so try grilling or using a low calorie batter.
