I make an effort to drink two quart bottles of water each day. It helps me to track how much water I consume, rather than trying to remember how many glasses I've consumed!

I agree, drinking lots of water and not taking in any beverage that has a lot of sugar or anything sweet does help in slimming down. Aim to drink 2 liters of water a day, exercise for 20-30mins a day and eat a balanced diet. Denying yourself of certain foods that you enjoy will only make you crave them more - it’s all about moderation.
