Drink More Water to Weigh Less

Did you know that more than 66 percent of your body weight is nothing but water?  Water also plays a vital role in weight control—it helps you to feel full and has zero calories.  Drink at least eight 8-ounce glasses of water a day for good health.  If you need some flavor, try a squirt of lemon or lime or a splash of cranberry juice.

I make an effort to drink two

I make an effort to drink two quart bottles of water each day.  It helps me to track how much water I consume, rather than trying to remember how many glasses I've consumed!

I agree, drinking lots of

I agree, drinking lots of water and not taking in any beverage that has a lot of sugar or anything sweet does help in slimming down. Aim to drink 2 liters of water a day, exercise for 20-30mins a day and eat a balanced diet. Denying yourself of certain foods that you enjoy will only make you crave them more - it’s all about moderation.
