New research suggests a breakfast that includes protein, carbohydrates, and a bit of fat can lead to weight loss by lessening cravings and hunger for the rest of the day. In the study, women who ate a big breakfast lost 21 percent of their body weight after 8 months, compared with 4.5 percent for women who ate a small breakfast. A good breakfast to try: Egg whites with a piece of whole wheat toast and some fruit.

Eating breakfast is a great way to stay healthy. This is some great info. There are a lot of other ways to stay healthy as well. Simply getting a massage is a great way to keep your muscles loose. When your muscles are loose you feel a lot less stress with your daily routine. Thanks for the great post.

I never could understand why people skip breakfast. Its the most important meal of the day if you ask me. Skipping breakfast causes your metabolism to slow down which is kind of counter productive.

Many people tend to skip breakfast in order to lose fat! The result of such a skipping could actually be contrary to what someone is wishing for! Skipping breakfast could make only lead to water loss and fat loss. On the other hand, a healthy as well as hearty breakfast could actually make someone energetic and active throughout the day. Recent studies show that having a hearty breakfast enriched with proteins, carbs and fats could actually increase one’s metabolism thereby helping reduce fat!
