Excessive perspiration when it’s hot and humid out leads to dehydration, which makes your heart work harder. The danger zone is when the temperature is above 70 degrees Fahrenheit and humidity is above 70 percent. Avoid working out in the middle of the day when it’s the hottest outdoors, or take your exercise routine indoors to a gym.
