Fit In Exercise by Taking the Stairs


If you know you need to get active but aren't sure how to make time for it, you can start by taking the stairs.  Heading for the stairwell instead of the elevator will help you burn more calories, strengthen your muscles, and protect your heart!

In the busy time, the best way to get fit is to use the alternate and in this text it is better to take stairs.

I always take the stairs while I'm at work... it's so much faster than the elevator!

My office is at the 4th floor

My office is at the 4th floor of the building but I always use the stairs to go up. It's always great to have an exercise. My friend call it Earth exercise.

Soul Line Dance classes 2 nights per week come and join me. Learning Soul Line Dancing is a great way to incorporate some physical activity into your day, in addition to having a great time. It's also a great stress reliever.
