Hands Off the Soda, Especially Diet Soda

Drinking soda in general isn’t the best thing for your health, but neither is drinking diet soda. According to some sources, drinking diet soda is even more hazardous to your health than regular soda. In 2005, a study conducted by Sharon P. Fowler, MPH, and colleagues at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio found that drinkers of diet soda did not lose weight. In fact, they were 41% more likely to gain weight than those who drank regular soda. And they had an increased risk for obesity!

Any kind of soda with bubbles

Any kind of soda with bubbles or phosphates is 35 to 1 acid to alkaline. You want your body to be ideally somewhere in the 7% alkaline. Acid creates disease in the body. Drinking high alkaline water [8.-9.5%} is the best thing for you heart and body. It counterbalances the acid we take in daily in Dairy, meat and stress.
