Studies show that one of the best ways to lose stubborn belly fat is to start walking. A review of 40 years of studies found that just 2 ½ hours of brisk walking a week, about 20 minutes a day, can shrink your belly by about 1 inch in 4 weeks. Walking is such a totally awesome way to exercise. Just about anyone can walk, and like you said, if you can't do 20 minutes, do 10 minutes instead. With walking you get the bonus of getting to see different things as you walk along. Thanks for the great info.

Well, there are literally many ways by which one could lose fat and it all depends on how your lifestyle is! Any exercise could help you get rid of the unwanted fat from the tummy for sure but the essential core component still vests in the lifestyle that you are leading. If junk foods are all that you eat, then there is no point in walking or any forms of exercise. So IMAO, I would like to stress the importance of addition of a healthy diet along with the walking strategies mentioned here!
