Strength Training Leads to Weight Loss

According to a University of Memphis study, squats and other large muscle strength-building exercises like lunges, rowing, and overhead presses are as useful a tool for weight loss as cardiovascular exercises, like cycling or running. This may be because while cardio burns more calories, strength-training builds muscle and muscle burns more calories than body fat.

I agree that losing weight

I agree that losing weight can be attained through proper exercise just like the building exercise where you can determined the strength muscle and muscle burns. It is great to know on how to attain such exercise like this. By this you can save money and save your payday loans to more useful one because it is just a matter of proper discipline.
