Vacationing Is Good for Your Heart


A recent Framingham Heart Study found that women who took at least two vacations a year were eight times less likely to die of a heart attack than women who only took a vacation every six years. No surprise here: Vacations are wonderful stress relievers.

Well, this is a kind of

Well, this is a kind of unheard topic but one that is very welcome. Vacation surely gets us out from many stress and depression. Everyone is aware of the facts that stress and depression brings different health problems like migraine headaches, heart disease and other problems. Even taking time off from work and having a 'staycation' to save money (and not adding on new financial stressors) but just to get away and relax your body and mind is worthwhile.
