Try yoga one day, a brisk walk the next, then go for a bike ride the following and you’re more likely to continue exercising. Researchers in a University of Florida study found that those who followed a varied workout routine were more likely to enjoy it and stick with it. That said, if you do find an exercise you enjoy, don’t feel you must change. Instead, shake up your program by taking a class taught by a different instructor or walking a different route.
