You Don't Have to Be an Athlete to Be Heart Healthy

Even moderate activity—such as gardening, walking, housework, or dancing—for at least 30 minutes on most days can help your heart health. You also can break up activity into three 10-minute sessions. The important thing is to get moving. If you’ve been inactive, start with 10 minutes of activity and work your way up to 30 minutes.
