We substitute mushrooms for a lot of things in our recipes. It is a great idea to substitute mushrooms to make healthier recipes. I try to order vegetarian sandwiches when dining out. I don't think you can ever go wrong with veges. We try to stick to some type of heart healthy recipes everyday.

Good thing that you posted something about mushroom and I am glad to now about this thing. MSNBC explains that wine could be very healthy. This is assuming the person has a healthy diet. During the Millionaire Mind Intensive Seminar it was suggested to always include it in our diet. I like mushrooms and I like them even more now knowing they can be a meat substitute.

Good health is really our wealth. This for the fact that we can't do anything if our body doesn't function that well.
