- What should my cholesterol levels be and how can I improve them?
- What should my blood pressure be and how can I improve it?
- Do I have diabetes or am I at risk of developing diabetes?
- How much physical activity should I get?
- Do I need to get a stress test before I start exercising?
- What type of diet is appropriate for me?
- What can you do to help me quit smoking?
- What screening tests do I need?
- How often should I return for checkups?
