hello my name is monica and in 1999 at the age of 32 i survered a sever heart attack and byoass surgery from a 95 % blockage to my left main cornary artery i was in shock to the whole thing had family history and smoked in 2008 i recied my icd i call trigger i live with chf have for going on 10 years
have aownderful loving hubby three great kids and my precious granddaughter nakayla lynn who is my life
