I'm so frustrated with my eating habits. I am so good about eating a high fiber, low-fat breakfast -- usually oatmeal with fruit or an oatmeal breakfast bar if I have to eat in the car. I'm also good at snacking on fruit or veggies and eating a low-fat, low-cal lunch. Problem is, I get home at 3pm and I have no energy left to do all the mom and house responsibilities. So I nibble, and nibble, and nibble, and pretty much don't stop until it's time to go to bed! Any suggestions for how to break this cycle? Anyone else have troublespots like mine?

My bad habit is ice cream. Not the low fat, low sugar kind but the real stuff. It takes all my will power to not eat it every day but I am persevering.
