3 Ways to Get Screened

By Your Doctor: Call ahead to make an appointment. Be sure to ask if you've already had any of the screening tests. If you have, get started putting your numbers in our Heart Risk Assessment tool.
At a Screening Site: You can go to an urgent care center, outpatient clinic, hospital, or health fair. Use our Screening Locator to find local options.
Do It Yourself: Order a home test kit to check blood glucose and cholesterol. (Use promo code SisterPromo15 and receive a 15% discount if you order yours from our friends at BioIQ.) Also check your blood pressure, BMI, waist circumference, age, and family health history.
