Be Sure You're Breathing Fresh Air


If your city or town is heavily polluted, you may be at greater risk for heart disease. A Harvard University study of 250 metropolitan areas around the world found that when air pollution spikes, so do heart attacks. At increased risk are those who already have heart disease and the elderly and possibly women and those who are obese.
